Welcome to MyDocs24. By using our website and translation services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

MyDocs24 provides certified document translation services for official use in Ireland and across Europe. Each translation includes our company stamp and digital signature.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Standard rate: €30 per page.
• Payment must be completed online before translation begins.
• All payments are processed securely via our payment partners.

3. Delivery Time

We guarantee 24-hour delivery for most standard documents. Complex or multi-page documents may require additional time, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Document Accuracy

Our translators ensure the highest accuracy and compliance. However, we are not responsible for errors in the original documents or for rejections by external authorities beyond our control.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available once translation work has started. If you cancel before the process begins, you may request a full refund by contacting us immediately at admin@axo.ie.

6. Confidentiality

All files are treated as strictly confidential. Documents are stored securely and permanently deleted after translation delivery.

7. Liability

MyDocs24 and Axion Web Studio Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from document rejection by third-party institutions.

8. Intellectual Property

All translated materials remain the intellectual property of the customer. MyDocs24 retains the right to store anonymised, non-identifiable samples for quality control and training purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved under Irish jurisdiction.
